Jasper Griffel's Guide Blog Archive Vodacom rogue
He is not cut, rather they send you a bill at R4 / Meg. Oh, do not think if you go over the limit, you only pay normal data rates do not. Oh no, they box your ears with "analog voice rates". If you take them on there and ask for "itemised billing" so you can figure out why you suddenly have an account of R16, 000.00 if you just 7gig's data then downloaded them vertelle you can only get if you come up with A court application. Yes you read right, you need a court order if they are at a complete detailed Government. Is not cynical or I will rather say typical. It was my sister's story the other day when she was little surprise in the post.
Sleep when Jasper SA wine and buy him the same thing just on a "pay as you go". No problem says the salesperson, it only costs R275 for 2 gig (huh, Sis now lying to me or is there something wrong with Vodacom's billing system?
Let's look but how do I count it and buy the thing. R1600 for the "dongle" and R275 for 2 gig. Nice, put him in and get him to work. 50 Meg and he stopped. So what now?! I phoned Vodacom. No Sir, you must first Analog aaa to convert aaa data to the website or * 111 # on your phone and switch it to put in a data bundle else it will cost between R2 and R4 per Meg. What now? Come back!? I then expressed to you selling agent said I was looking for 2 gig of data. Why has he not done or at least told me to convert it!? ....
Data is data. Why the public openly prey by "voice rates" to ask if they use data? I think so lightly at myselwers. aaa "Because they can". We're not a control body in SA that protect consumers aaa and those who actually have to do press a piece of green cloth in the back pocket and the consumer lost anyway ......
I own a set detonated with our dear Vodacom. I regularly have received an account. where I supposedly over my cap limit went. When I want to use my watch cap and would go on vodacom4me.co.za register and find out my card number is already registered. By Vodacom course. Call and ask for my password. No, sorry, they can in no way give me, save it for that SIM card (which is the flippin modem!) To sms. WTF! Then I threw them hellopeter.com and whoops waps be called and I gave my password. They now supposedly me an exception. Go!
What they do not know is that I again will burn their butts because of my cap last month I was under 125MB and they threw me back with an account that says I R3.46's cap of use. I ask you. I look forward aaa to their explanation! demoerin:
I also have my "dongle thingy" when I bought aaa in Jan 2008 in SA was. Sommer also "pay as you go". Luckily, the cute girl on the Hermanus Vodashop helped me get nice and showed how you "top up" to the data package to be produced. Also just on the holy Sunday helped me the thing to get the job. So I really can not complain. Is much cheaper to "pay as you go" as the contract. Sorry you have so set detonated. Unfortunately nothing's ugly.
