Less than eight years after Nissan pioneered the crossover segment, reached its latest model Qashqai production milestone faster than any other model in the history of British automotive industry. From 2015, the new Qashqai will also be produced at Nissan's plant in St. Petersburg. The local production will be destined for the Russian market. Global scale, productivity and quality remains plant of Nissan in Sunderland, UK (a division NMUK), which produces more than 500,000 cars a year.
