The provisions of the EEA Agreement referred to in II. of Annex I shall enter into force for changes and additions resulting from Annex I, Protocol 1 to the Agreement and other provisions. On the basis of the following decisions of the EEA Joint Committee gain a following EU acts valid in this country:
Commission flight simulator Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 1195/2012 of 13 December 2012 concerning the authorization of a mixture with 1,4-beta-xylanase produced by Trichoderma koningii (NCYC Sc 39203) for turkeys for fattening and turkeys reared for breeding (holder is Lyven). Regulation was incorporated into the EEA Agreement by EEA Joint Committee No. 153/2013, of 9 October 2013, the regulation is published in the EEA Supplement flight simulator to the Official Journal of the European Union no. 56, from October 10, 2013, p. 368.
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 1196/2012 of 13 December 2012 amending Regulation (EU) no. 9/2010 as regards the minimum content of a mixture of endo-1,4-beta-xylanase produced by Trichoderma reesei (ATCC PTA 5588) as a feed additive in feed for laying hens (holder's Danisco Animal Nutrition). Regulation was incorporated into the EEA Agreement by EEA Joint Committee No. 153/2013, of 9 October 2013, the regulation is published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union no. 56, from October 10, 2013, p. 370.
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 1206/2012 of 14 December 2012 concerning the authorization of a mixture with 1,4-ß-xylanase produced by Aspergillus oryzae (DSM 10287) as a feed additive for poultry reared for slaughter, fráfærugrísi and pigs and amending the regulation (EC) no. 1332/2004 and (EC) no. 2036/2005 (Granted, DSM Nutritional Products). flight simulator Regulation was incorporated into the EEA Agreement by EEA Joint Committee No. 153/2013, of 9 October 2013, the regulation is published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union no. 56, from October 10, 2013, p. 374.
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 1265/2012 of 17 December 2012 amending Commission Regulation (EU) no. 837/2012 with respect to the minimum effective combination of 6-phytase produced by Aspergillus oryzae (DSM 22594) as a feed additive for poultry fráfærugrísi, pigs and sows (Granted, DSM Nutritional Products). Regulation was incorporated into the EEA Agreement by EEA Joint Committee No. 153/2013, of 9 October 2013, the regulation is published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union no. 56, from October 10, 2013, p. 372.
Commission Regulation (EU) no. 51/2013 of 16 January 2013 amending Regulation (EC) no. 152/2009 for the purposes of analysis for the determination of constituents of animal origin for the official control of feed. Regulation was incorporated into the EEA Agreement by EEA Joint Committee No. 153/2013, of 9 October 2013, the regulation is published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union no. 56, from October 10, 2013, p. 377.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 95/2013 of 1 February 2013 concerning the authorization of a mixture with Pediococcus acidilactici CNCM MA 18 / 5M as a feed additive for all species of fish except salmon (Granted, Lallemand SAS).
